It [the above link] shows the artists for HQCD 47 as being Delfino-Tito-Fresedo. The extremely detailed and informative liner notes of the CD (all the songs on which were recorded in Camden, New Jersey!) are somewhat more expansive.
The orquesta's hard core did indeed include Delfino-Tito-Fresedo (with Tito being David "Tito" Roccatagliata). But there was also a cellist, being described as "Hermann Meyer or –– Lennartz". And for recordings on or after 26 August 1920 there was an additional violinist, Alberto Infante Arancibia.
