- 2) payments for access to events of the festival ("refund")
- 3) payments for access to the fair as a seller
- 4) expenses by artists for accommodation or travel that GE promised to cover
- 5) expenses for accommodation or travel not covered by 4)
- 6) lost business of artists or sellers elsewhere due to coming to the experience

- "To whom paid with "PayPal", pls claim by "PayPal" that the events didn't take place and ask for the refund. We already got our refund for the Gala on thursday, for which we paid with "PayPal". Unfortunately, the seminar was not with Paypal"
- 2013-08-29 Update: I just received word that Paypal has escalated my case for more thorough review. There are a number of issues. First: they only refund if claim made within 45 days. I bought my ticket on June 28 (so I could plan an international trip) but did not find out it was cancelled until August 22. Second, it may be considered a 'service' not a 'good' which PayPal also does not refund. But the fact that they escalated it to a claim is an excellent sign. Tobias you may have to change the setting of this group from private to public because we have to provide proof via a URL. PayPal looks at all this as evidence. People who filed with PayPal need to make a claim immediately and continue to update this page to show how many actually were affected.

- La Ros: In my case my trip cost is around 200€ (dropping the lost cachè...) / if we have to count the lost work: it's 3 dj set, tot 14h = around 400€ / most important for me is recover the trip I payed (200€), than just if possible lost cachè (400€)
- Bärbel Rücker: I was suppose to DJ 2 times at the festival (Thursday night @ Rix & Sadturday night @ marathon). My travel expenses are 101 EUR, my fee would have been 330 EUR. Total loss 431 EUR.
- Robin Thomas: i was supposed to be paid 480 euros for dj'ing at the marathon and gala, 6 hours each. i was supposed to be paid $410 for 50% of my flight.
