Multiwi start 2007-03

Multiwi the multilingual tango info wiki will start in 2007-03. It runs with the mediawiki software, which also is used by wikipedia.

Focus on tango. For non tango stuff link to other sources e.g. Wikipedia.

For dates use w:ISO 8601.
