Tiwi start 2007-03-01

Tiwi - the multilingual tango info wiki will start in 2007-03-01. It runs with the MediaWiki software, which also is used by Wikipedia.

Technically the wiki is operated by http://info.tango.info

Focus on tango. For non tango stuff link to other sources e.g. Wikipedia.

For dates use w:ISO 8601.

All content shall be released into the w:public domain.
