Usernames in tango.info have exactly 8 letters of the latin alphabet. Preferred are names that are related to your real name.

Rationale for eight letter rule
- users that sign in later shall not have the disadvantage of longer names, vs users that sign in early and get shorter.
- presenting all username in a list gives a more harmonious picture if they are of equal length
