H. from CDex has 2:50, D. from cover has 2:40,
*H. from CDex has 2:50
T. from Winamp has 2:53.
* D. from cover has 2:40,
*T. from Winamp has 2:53.
*M. from LP transfer (silences trimmed) 2:38.62

As far as I can see H.'s length for the other tracks are 2 to 3 seconds longer than the ones from T., maybe due to ripping with silence vs ripping without silence.

El abrojo then is really special. The music on T.'s copy stops at 2:48. When playing the last value Winamp shows is 2:52, but in the track list it shows it as 2:53. The 2:40 from D.'s cover makes El abrojo a good showcase for how much variety for track length may exists - and the underlying speed of the audio may be the same for all.

CD rips can be cut. One common standard to compare length of files would be the trailing-leading silence free duration.

Example: El abrojo

  • H. from CDex has 2:50
  • D. from cover has 2:40,
  • T. from Winamp has 2:53.
  • M. from LP transfer (silences trimmed) 2:38.62

As far as I can see H.'s length for the other tracks are 2 to 3 seconds longer than the ones from T., maybe due to ripping with silence vs ripping without silence.
