Each event for the wiki calendar gets an article with the article title in the format "When_Where_What".

• Where
  • country, ISO 3166-1 code, e.g. AR - Argentina
  • city UN/LOCODE, e.g. ARBUE - Buenos Aires
  • venue t.i_location code, e.g. ARBUE-CS - Club Castel in Buenos Aires
• What
  • keywords (need more definition)
  • description (optional)
