- provide an email address during account creation. Currently we can not stop you from editing without a confirmed email address, but in future for security reasons we may do so. Maybe tango.info must be able to identify you.
- for your username
- use only the unmodified latin alphabet (abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz). No spaces, dots, hyphens, äöüéíóú, etc. The first letter may be upper case (ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ)
- use minimum 8 characters (Best is exactly 8 (ocho)! It's a tango wiki!)
- avoid using the word tango. Here we are all Tangofrank, Tangotobias, Tanguero2000, tangoholic etc.
- after registration it would be nice if you write something about yourself on your user page. E.g. User:Tobiasco or at least, it would be nice if you say in which country you live.
