work qty: 17416
- of these 10826 have an ISWC or a SADAIC DB work code
  - of these 5580 are attached to a track in tango.info via an ISWC or SADAIC code.
    - of these 4950 are ISWC and 4622 are ISWC starting with T037, which are mostly found in the SADAIC DB
- of these 6590 works have no ISWC or SADAIC code. Their TIWC start with Z09999.

Reasons for inclusion of the Z09 works can be:

genre is vals,tango,milonga
title contains "milonga, tango, candombe"
there is a tango.info person code in the composer or lyricist field
the title matches the title of a track that has no TIWC, i.e. the work is a candidate to be connected with that track
