ISWC DB issues

• Special:Whatlinkshere/ISWC_DB_issues - (problematic cases are linked here)
• Looking up by IPI in most case only returns max. 25 results.
• In some cases looking up by ISWC does not work, while the ISWC can be retrieved when looking up by title, i.e. the ISWC exists in the DB.
